Since we seem to be running into the same problem over and over again...

Here is a quick-reference list of the powers we either already have in the game, or will have in the game as soon as we finish finalizing the bio.  Whatever the case, these are the powers we will NOT be accepting in any new character applications, as other people have either requested them, or are already playing with them.
