Known problems

1. Different front & rear lamp assemblies
2. Different indicators
3. Wiring loom is subtly different
4. All US models have rear drum brakes and thus dished sprockets. This is the arrangement on early Japanese models
5. Carburation different - at least 2 systems, 49 state and California - neither of these are as in Japan
6. Simpler rear shock
7. Air assisted forks more common
