Students are admitted into the six departments in the Faculty of Engineering through Preliminary studies undertaken in the college,or through PolyJAMB conducted by the Joint Admission Matriculation Board. Nonetheless, students with Ordinary National Diploma (OND) Certificate/Results, obtained in the college or other Institutions can be admitted into the college for their Higher National Diploma (HND) programme so as to obtain their HND Certificate. Specifically, Higher National Diploma programmes is only available in Mechanical, Elect/Elect, Civil and Computer Science Department.
