This is where I offer my pages on teaching infants craft lessons. It's not that you can teach an infant the same way you would teach an older child, much less an adult, but that doesn't mean that it can't be done. I've placed ideas on lessons and things to try, some tips on parenting, and some personal examples from when my own son, Aiden was an infant.
Granted, this isn't a rule book on how to raise your child as a pagan, they're just ideas and tips on things that you can try. Just see if any of these ideas work for you, and if they don't that's okay, too.
