This is the time in your child's life where things start to get interesting.  They're older now, so your lessons will begin to gain new meaning.  However, you still need to keep things simple, because they can still get bored easily.

Take walks through Nature, visit the Ocean or do something fun with your children.  I took my son to the zoo last summer, and he just loved it.  It was a great educational trip for him, but he didn't know that it was learning.  To him it was just fun.  Check it out, there are lots of ways to teach your child and still keep it fun.
