Sumatran Tigers at Adelaide Zoo
  • Adelaide Zoo received their first Sumatran Tiger, the female Kemiri in approx. 1996.
  • In August 2000, Kemiris' brother arrived from Taronga. He has sinced been moved to Mogo Zoo.
  • On February 25th 2001 an unrelated tiger was imported from the Tierpark in Berlin, Germany.
