Sumatran Tigers at Mogo Zoo
Mogo Zoo has one male sumatran tiger, Dougall. Dougall was born at Taronga Zoo on the 26th October 1995 to that zoos breeding pair, Shiva and Seletan, one of three male cubs. He was later moved to Adelaide Zoo but in 2001 Mogo Zoo entered the Sumatran Tiger Program with his arrival. Dougall originally was given another name but was renamed after the man who put a lot of effort into fund raising for the zoo.
