Sailor Mars is discovered by Luna at her grandfather's temple. Raye is in training to be the future head priestess and has an acute sense of intuition. She often consults the "Great Fire", in which she can sometimes see future events. Raye is a stubborn, determined person and often gets aggravated with Serena for several reasons. One, being that Serena's head is constantly in the clouds, and Raye wants to get things done immediately. Their personalities do clash a bit, but deep down, Raye loves Serena and respects her as leader. Raye is usually a very serious person (less serious than Amy, but moreso than the others), and she hates to admit that she is crazy about shopping, boys, and food, like the rest of the scouts. As a sailor scout, Mars is very dedicated, using her powers of fire as her attacks on enemies. She usually is the first to sense danger, often saving the scouts from surprise attacks. |
