Clear and sunny, nice day.
I had every intention of walking today, but after I got all dressed up to go out, I discovered that my iPod battery was so run down that it shut itself off! And I'd just recharged it a few days ago! It runs out quickly. So, I stayed in the apartment and did pilates instead. Then, I took a nap. I started a load of laundry before I slept, so I hung it up before I took a shower. I cooked lunch and breakfast and then left for work.
I had two classes right off the bat this morning, but they were okay. Over the course of the day I had three more, and they went quite well too. Well, the last one, I'm not sure about, but I think it was okay.
After work I started to take down my Halloween decorations and discovered that some idiot had stapled some of them to the wall. I managed to get them down without harming them, but it was a close thing. I usually use a thumbtack as it's much easier to get them down. Then, my co-worker helped me by taking down one or two of my streamers and dumping them on my desk. No offer to help me put them back in their original condition or anything. Very nice. If I lend my decorations to the school again, someone kick me! I'm such an idiot. After all this time, you'd think I'd remember that no one cares about my stuff, except me that is. Fumihiko came while I was doing all of this and he helped me.
I gave my gift to the manager before I left. I knew that she liked Snoopy, so a couple of months ago I got her a Snoopy jigsaw puzzle and frame. I think she liked it. It was really sad to say goodbye to her. I'm going to miss her a lot. I think of all of my managers, she's the one that stayed the longest.
We went to Gusto for dinner. It was fine. We had drink bar and a couple of dishes. I saw one of my students from today too! She was there with her friends.
Then we came home and my husband and I had an argument over something really stupid. Our present status is that we aren't talking to each other.
Well, I think that's it for me for tonight. I'm going to be out late tomorrow night so I'm not sure if I'll update or not. Don't wait up for me. Of course if I decide to go and stay over at my apartment tomorrow night, you won't hear from me either. Tomorrow is our goodbye party for our manager.
