Rainy and cloudy most of the day.
A very quiet, but kind of homey day. We slept in late and then we got up and made pancakes! I made Atkins ones for me, and Fumihiko made regular ones for him. It was so homey. I don't know how else to describe it. I made a couple extra so I can have some "bread" over the next couple of days.
I did laundry this afternoon, at least 4 loads. Yikes. My poor drying rack is groaning at the weight. While I did that, we also watched About a Boy. I'd bought the DVD a few months ago and we hadn't watched it until now.
Later we went out for dinner to Moku Moku. It was quite nice. I had mixed grill, but forgot to ask them to leave off the gravy. Too bad. We went to the drug store then and after that to the Pet Shop. Fumihiko wanted to take some food to his house for Gombei.
We came home and watched Twin Peaks. We watched the pilot, then episodes 1-3. It was wonderful. I'd forgotten just how good it was. It always has a soft place in my heart though because my friend Donna and I used to watch it all the time. She'd take a break from studying and we'd watch Twin Peaks and Quantum Leap together. I miss those days!
Fumihiko's in bed now and I'm tired so I'm planning to go soon too. It was a nice day today.
I may or may not have a party tomorrow. No one from my school contacted me to tell me if there were any changes so I'm a bit worried about the whole thing.
Gotta go...night night!
