Cool day, but clear, no rain.
The typhoon must have passed us in the night, and missed us. This morning there was no rain and no damage from wind around our apartment. Yay.
However, I was feeling awful. I took cold medicine which helped me sleep, but when I woke up it had worn off and I didn't want to take more right away. When I did take it, it cleared my stuffed up nose but didn't stop my sneezing or my nose running. Sigh. Still, I think it's working better now.
Work was okay. The last four classes today all happened and went quite well, except for me blowing my nose everywhere. And sneezing. I don't have a polite ladylike sneeze either. I have a huge loud almost window-shattering boom. I'm never sure who is more surprized when I sneeze - my students or me!
After work, Fumihiko picked me up and we went to M's Dining. I had a nice dinner of chicken, Japanese style with mushrooms and daikon radish on it. It was nice.
We came home then and Fumihiko surprised me by getting out my kerosene heater and setting it up. So, for the first time in days, I'm actually cosy in my apartment. Hurray! Sometimes my guy is wonderful. Correction, my guy is always wonderful, just sometimes he's more wonderful than others!
That's my day again. Oh, I forgot. I made a pumpkin at work. Not a real pumpkin but a Pin-The-Mouth-On-The Pumpkin kind of pumpkin. It looks really cute.
I'm hoping to get to bed rather early tonight, so I should go now! Have a good night! Aaaaachoooo!
