Cloudy with a bit of rain.
A strange sort of day. Fumihiko got up early and went to the doctor. He got a couple of injections and some medicine. He came home and we both went back to sleep for a while.
It was nearly 2 before we roused ourselves. We went to Jiro for lunch. It was really good, but for some reason, my nose was running a lot and I couldn't taste my food at all. It was very garlicky too, so I should have been able to taste it.
We came home and I took a cold pill, then we went out and visited a decorating store. It was nice, but they are still in the midst of renovating the store, so we couldn't see very much. I think I saw what might be my new kitchen plates. They had some glass plates that were the nicest that I've seen in ages.
We went to Karaoke in the afternoon today. We took some drinks in with us and went for "free time". We sang for ages and after it was only 2000 yen. That's not bad at all.
After that we didn't know what to do, so we drove to the mall. We bought my sister a bit of a present, then had dinner at the mall. When we finished we came home.
I watched ER while I did some packaging. I got Van's stuff ready, and I sealed and wrapped Katie's presents too. I'll try and take them to the post office tomorrow. I hope I'll have time. I also got a bag of books ready to send to a friend in Chiba-ken. I hope she likes them.
I just sent Fumihiko off to bed. He'd fallen asleep on the couch. I'm a bit worried about him. He's always in pain. The rainy season is very hard on him.
That was my day. I'm off to work tomorrow. I'll be moderately busy. I haven't planned many of my lessons yet, so I have to get on that! Anyway, gotta go. Night.
