Sunny and gorgeous day!
A busy day. Really!
In the morning it was gorgeous out so I went for a walk. I didn't expect to enjoy myself, but I did. I didn't go my usual route, but I turned right where I usually turn left and found some nice houses to look at. I came up with the idea for a book, if I ever got the nerve to do it. It would be a coffee table book, with pictures of people's gardens from their gates. I even have a title. Glimpses from the Gate. Wouldn't it be cool? I'd probably get arrested just for asking some of the houses!
I had six classes at work today. Every class showed up. That hasn't happened for a while, but sadly, they were all one person today. It makes it difficult, but I think they all went quite well anyway. I was quite busy.
After work tonight I talked to the other teacher about her classes and students, then I called my hubby and asked him to come and get me. He did, and then he took me to Gusto. Tonight they had a new menu, so I tried one of their new dishes. It's grilled chicken with veggies. It was pretty good.
We came home and tonight while Fumihiko took his bath, I made coffee. I thought I'd surprise him. I think I made it too strong, but he likes it so it's okay.
I'm listening to Cyndi Lauper. I got this new cd this weekend. It's called At Last, and it's her version of many older songs. Seems like Rod Stewart and Robbie Williams really started something. It's becoming an epidemic, in a good way!
