Cold with some hail/snow during the day.
A good day. This morning I woke up at 8:30 as usual. The only problem was that Fumihiko was still there! He'd overslept. He said the alarm went off, but he slept for "five more minutes" and didn't wake up! He got to work about 15 minutes late. Still, he didn't get into trouble or anything. Whew!
In the morning I was doing computer stuff and Fumihiko popped back home for a minute or two. He left soon after. I took my shower and got ready for work.
I was semi-busy today. I didn't have many classes, but I did a lot of planning. It's hard to believe that I've only got 2 more classes for a lot of my students. Sigh.
In my last class today I used the Barenaked Ladies "If I Had a Million Dollars" as a listening exercise. It worked really well and both students asked me which of their cds I liked best. I think it is still Gordon. I don't have it here at the apartment, it's over at Fumihiko's house, I think.
After work, Fumihiko picked me up and we went to Gusto. For tonight's dining pleasure I had steak and spinach and egg. It was good. The steak was a little tough, but not too bad. Hubby had some kind of hot spicy Japanese thing. He's very brave. I can't eat that kind of thing. Plus of course it had udon in it!
We came home and watched Desperate Housewives. It was a good episode tonight, very funny and very mysterious too. Fumihiko hates Bree Vande Camp, but I quite like her. We both like Susan and we really feel for Lynette. I haven't made up my mind completely about Gabrielle yet though. Thankfully, I am not a desperate housewife yet!
Now we're sipping coffee and watching a dvd. Probably we'll go to bed soon.
