Hot, but a bit cloudy with a nice cool wind.
A pretty good day today. I got up at a reasonable time today, showered and got ready to go and meet my friend for lunch. I was having clothing problems! I tried on 3 different shirts before I was satisfied. I biked off to the mall and met her.
We had a nice lunch and then we went to my school. I navigated while she drove. She fell in love with my little place, and is even thinking about getting her own one, not for a school, but to live in! They are cute little places.After our visit she dropped me off at the mall. I did a little bit of shopping and had a quick coffee at the coffee shop before coming home.
At home I did computer stuff before leaving for my school again. I had a good night at the school. My class went well, and after I came home again by bike.
When I came home I got dinner ready. I had decided that it was a no-cooking night. At the mall today I'd bought some rolled shrimp/salad things and some marinated roast beef, plus we ate last night's leftovers. Surprisingly, everything was great! I had added more dill to the yogurt salad and it was an improvement. I still like the mint one best though.
Fumihiko did the dishes tonight then when he went off for his bath, I watched last night's Without a Trace. It was quite sad, it was about a man whose son was on Death Row. The man disappeared after finding some new evidence that might clear his son.
And that was my day. Fumihiko is snoozing on the couch. He's tired, poor guy. He did have some surprising news for me today though. He's off work for the next 5 days. He's worked so much over the last few weeks that they had to give him time off. My problem? How on earth am I going to get my stuff done while he's around ALL the time? Wish me luck!
