Warmer...the snow on the roads has melted. Yeah!
I went to bed fairly early (for me) last night and slept in quite late today. As a result I felt much better today.
I didn't do too much today, but I had a bad thing happen. My computer crashed. I spent a lot of time poring over my Missing Manual book, running UNIX fixes. I didn't finish, but I got it so I can sort of use it. Something has happened to my Internet hook-up though. I have to run the program to connect to the net. Still, everything (fingers crossed) seems to be working right now.
When Fumihiko came home we went out for dinner to M's Dining. He'd suggested Korean Food, but it's so spicy that my nose would run even more so I said"Not this week!" Our dinner was really good. I had fun at the drink bar. I went up to get some hot water and there were two ladies trying to figure out how to get their tall glasses under the nozzle for cappuchino. Well, you don't! They were supposed to take a cup but they didn't know it. I gave them one, they pushed the button, and after the stuff came out, they asked me to go ahead of them. I tried, but the hot water didn't work. The cappuchino was still coming out! They had removed their cup after the milk, but before the coffee. We all had a good laugh about that.
After dinner we went for groceries. I think I'm going to make dinner again tomorrow. I'm kind of looking forward to it. The plan is to make more soup too.
We came home, watched a bit of the Olympics (Fumihiko) or played around on the computer(yours truly).
At 10 we watched Desperate Housewives. It was interesting. Lynette tried to add a bit of pizzazz to her marriage with a French Maid costume, Gabrielle tried to convince John not to tell Carlos about their affair, and Susan found out that Mike wasn't lying about his past. Interesting show.
That's about it for my day. It wasn't very interesting really. I'm still a bit under the weather. My nose is running, and sometimes my balance gets a bit wonky. Oh well.
I should run. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel a little bit better. Wish me luck. Night.
