Sunny and hot.
A good day. I slept in quite late this morning, then got up. Fumihiko and I went out for brunch to the Daiichi Hotel, then went to the school for a while. I did some cleaning while he went over the stuff I had prepared for him about my classes and me. It's funny, I had written a simple resume for him and I think he had more questions about that than anything else!
We had an early and light dinner, then came home for a bit. I worked on something on my computer, and Fumihiko on his wordpro. Then, we changed and went to meet my ex-student's mother.
We had a nice chat and it looks like her son will join my school. Yay!
Afterwards, we cleaned up and then went to the bookstore in Mikawa. I wanted to check out the textbook prices there. Fumihiko and I each got a book and I got a magazine too. Yay. He got "How to Eat Fried Worms". I told him it was a kids classic novel, and I got "Holes". I expect Fumihiko will want to borrow it sometime as he loves the movie. (Me too!)
We had a late and light dinner at a gyudon shop, then got groceries. I'm going to try and make soup tomorrow so I wanted to buy the right veggies for that.
We came home, did more computering and then watched Monk. Now we're just kicking back and relaxing. Fumihiko will take a bath soon and then we'll likely go to bed. It was a busy day for us. Fumihiko is back to work tomorrow. Oh well!
