A pretty good day. I had problems getting out of bed today, but what's new? I dragged myself out in time to see the news. I needn't have bothered!
I didn't have a lot to do today so I watched the second dvd of Firefly. (Are you reading this SUSAN?) It was pretty cool, but it's a bit frustrating. Is it a western? Is it a space show? No, it's both! Way hey. No, actually, I can tell that the characters are being set up for a series and they can't give away all of the secrets in the beginning. But they are setting them up for interesting arcs. So, I'm quite interested in this series.
Fumihiko was late tonight and didn't get home until after 7. That meant that he was pretty hungry when he did get here. Luckily I had a dinner that wouldn't take long to cook. We had instant miso soup, pork chops, salad and veggies. I think it was pretty good, even if I say so myself.
Fumihiko did the dishes and we watched Amistad on the telly. It was good, but a lot of the movie wasn't in English which made it hard for me. The subtitles were only in Japanese.
Oh, tonight I also posted a query to a site about Macs. I'm still doing my permission repairs a week later and was wondering if that was normal. Apparently it isn't. That means that something is still wrong with my computer, and I'll have to try and figure it out. Sigh. I hope that I can.
And that was my day. It was kind of quiet, but I really didn't mind.
Tomorrow, well, who knows? The weather is supposed to get really bad again, so cross your fingers for me! Gotta go. Adieu.
