Sunny but cool.
Today was a good day! Yay. I managed to get up on time this morning and showered, made brunch, the usual. I even got to work at a decent time.
My classes both went well and we had a fun time. The students today are great, and easily pick up the things that I teach them.
After work I came home again. Fumihiko came home a bit later and we got ready for the party. He appeared in a scummy old shirt that is getting a bit small and I made him change it. I'd like him to "lose" the shirt somewhere. It's one that just should be retired from his wardrobe. I wore my black pants and a lime green shirt that I got in Canada before. It's a little thin so I wore an undershirt. It kept me quite warm.
Fumihiko and I walked to Shimi's restaurant. We were the first people there, then the others joined us. We had nabe and later sushi. I got a shrimp salad later because I don't eat sushi. Everything was nice. We all talked a lot, and had a good time. I hadn't seen one of the people this year I think, and it's been months for some of the other people. The party broke up around 11:30 and Fumihiko and I walked home. We visited a convenience store but I didn't buy anything. That was a bit sad.
The rest of the evening we spent just vegging. We didn't really do very much. I found out tonight that Fumihiko is off work tomorrow. I knew he was on Monday, but I didn't know that he was on Sunday too. I'm a little...annoyed in a way. I planned to do a lot of things I needed to do when he wasn't around. Things like start my Christmas wrapping and laundry and writing Christmas cards. I hope I'll get a chance to do some of them. Wish me luck!
