Warm and sunny. Nice day.
Today was okay, but it didn't really begin that way. I went to bed last night and tried to sleep but wasn't able to. I got up, blew my nose a few times and then went back to bed. I finally got to sleep, but it took a long time.
This morning I slept through most of my alarms and got up very, very late. Sigh. Oh well. When I did get up, I showered and then spent a lot of time on my computer. Yay me!
I had wanted to go to the post office before I went to the school as I needed to pay for something. However, I wasn't able to do that. My printer decided it shouldn't work for a bit. I couldn't fix it before I left.
I watched a couple of episodes of Friends while I ate lunch. That was fun. I really felt that I needed a laugh break.
It was already getting dark when I went over to the apartment. That was sad. However, I made it in good time. I did a bit of cleaning there and then prepared my lesson. Today I did something a little different. I went off text. We did prepositions and I wanted to go a little more in depth than the text does. It was fun. I think the student enjoyed herself.
I came home after class. Fumihiko as promised had made nabe. It was pork and aji and veggies. It was okay, but not his best effort! He's probably a bit rusty. Next time will be better I think.
We didn't do much in the evening. I watched Doctor Who with a wimped out Dalek. That was a slight downer, but still, how else was the Doctor going to beat him? I managed to get my printer working again, so I made a couple of list for hubby to translate for my students. I also prepared envelopes for sending my holiday photos to people that I visited with on my holiday.
Hubby's gone off to bed and I should go to. I do have to get up earlier tomorrow morning than I did today. I'll catch you later? Night night.
