Sunny and warm.
A pretty good day today, except for my running nose and sore throat. Bah! I hate holiday colds.
I got up just after Fumihiko left this morning and checked email. I also watched a movie about 9/11 which basically purported the whole thing was a US conspiracy. I'm not convinced, but it did ask some interesting questions.
And then, I unpacked. Unbelieveable I know. But I did. And then I went through my undies drawers and culled a bunch of stuff. Old bras that are too small, old knickers that are too big and socks that I hate wearing. Yay me.
I didn't feel that great in the afternoon, so I spent a lot of time on my computer catching up with blogs and stuff. Nothing too exciting.
Fumihiko came home around 6 and we took a nap. Around 8 we roused ourselves and went out for dinner. I hadn't gone out during the day so I hadn't bought any groceries for tonight. We had dinner at Gusto, chatted a bit, and then went to buy groceries.
We got home and I realized that I forgot to buy new tissues. I like the lotion ones because my nose is very delicate! Fumihiko, sweet man that he is, went out and got me more. And beer too. I'm not so sure that he's all that sweet after all. Well, he is, but he did have an ulterior motive for going out. (I don't drink beer for anyone who doesn't know!)
This evening has been spent writing emails and surfing webs by both of us. It's been quiet and relaxing. I've just taken some cold medicine and I'm hoping that I'll be able to sleep well.
I'm back at work tomorrow, but I'm not stressing about it. One of my classes cancelled and the other one should be okay.
