Hot and sunny.
A day that didn't start all that well, but got better.
I didn't go to bed until very very late this morning. I took my medicine and so I slept very very late. I got up to make a bathroom trip and asked hubby if he had any plans for the morning, but he didn't. I went back to sleep.
When I got up he was quite angry with me. He stormed out, but then came back a few minutes later. We shouted a bit and then made up. I've been worried about various of my health problems this month and his back has been worse than usual this month. Anyway, we made up, so hopefully, we'll stay that way.
We went for lunch, but all of the places that we planned to go were closed! We ended up going to Jiro. It was nice, and it was quiet for a change. And, when we got there, there was the cutest little green Porsche convertible outside. Today would have been the perfect day to go for a ride in it. I didn't steal it....I can't even drive, but it was nice to think about cruising down the road in it.
We came home after lunch and just hung out at home. We didn't do much really. Drank coffee and relaxed basically. Fumihiko finally went out to walk his dog, then came home and we went out for dinner. We went to Amarume to a restaurant we went to once before. We had a nice meal, although the service hasn't improved since we went there first!
We came home via the grocery store....MaxValu for a change and then home. Fumihiko made a small pot of coffee and promptly fell asleep. Sigh. I drank coffee and watched one of my CSI shows. Hubby toddled off to bed around midnight. I planned to write my homepage and watch the other CSI show, but found The Dead Zone TV series on regular TV. I was stunned. It was in English too. The other night I found Lost on the TV, but it was only on in Japanese. UNFAIR. Anyhoo, The Dead Zone was kind of cool. I was surprised to see Anthony Michael Hall all grown up. To me, he'll always be the lovable geek from Sixteen Candles and The Breakfast Club.
I just finished watching CSI, so I'm going to post this and then hit the hay so to speak. I have to get up early tomorrow to go to the Doctor. Fumihiko wants to take me early on in the day. Sigh.
Got to go....night night.
