Background
When it comes to the background you have a couple of options:
1. You can go through and create another outline of the image and colorize it all like you did the object.

2. You can just leave the background the way it is. This is nice because it shows a contrast between the "real world" and the toon.

3. Lastly, you can apply a filter the background. In this one I choose the "Sumi-e" filter.
