Intro
The first thing that you need to do a "Toon" is a usable picture. What is a "usable" picture? If your a novice/intermediate Photoshoper, then you should choose a picture that has defined lines, and not to many little pieces, such as frizzy hair. It is possible to do a toon of an object other than a person, but for this tutorial I will be using a picture of a person.
