You don't have to be a big game hunter in Africa to get some exotic animals in your sights. Drive-through animal parks and zoos are a good source for some wild animal shots. A telephoto lens is required. A warm lens was also used. Special attention needs to be considered concerning the light source. One or two food pellets tossed in the perfect spot will line your animal up for the perfect shot.

This exotic deer is a male. It's fairly clear what's on his mind if you look deep in his eyes. Animals have moods too.

This was one sheepish little fellow. Notice the light source on the wrong side. A little more exposure wouldn't hurt this shot.

For crying out loud, don't cut their feet off. I couldn't make up my mind on a wide or close-up shot. Not a bad shot, but now it has to be cropped.

Be careful shooting towards the sky or you'll end up with a black subject due to the bright reading. I got lucky guessing this setting.
