Acvtual Agreement

Before you get started on this, I have a few things to say about it.
This is the actual agreement that is on file with the court here. I have edited out some things that the world does not need to see like Social Security numbers. Don't need the details like that out for all to see. The names are real, as is my home address. I worked very closely with my attorney to come up with this and really wrote the majority of it. I need to apologize for the cluttered look. This is because of a copy and paste from Word. If you want to read the whole thing it will take you some time. This must be a very workable agreement because it has survived two challenges in court.
Frankly, I have no problem putting my life out for all of you to see. My hope is that someone somewhere will see this and can get some benefit from it. Someone that may be facing the fact that they will have to become a weekend warrior. When this was done the shared parenting idea was new. I am told that this broke some new ground. Lets keep breaking it. Fathers have been shut out for too long and this is a compromise to the standard custody agreement that too many fathers are forced into. No way do I say don't go for full custody, but if you want to remain active with your children and are faced with a court that is sexually biased as I was, this is a good way to go.
