Proposal:

The Orange Zone Construction Company has chosen to construct a small playground for the “Child Care Center of UMBC”, daycare facility. The proposed playground will be constructed outdoors and will consist of a play area and some simple playground equipment. The playground will be constructed on adjoining land that is owned and maintained by the facility. The planning and design of our proposed playground project will take many factors into consideration, such as safety, accessibility, and maintainability. Above all, the goal of this project is to make a positive impact on the children who will use it.
