Fund-raising Update
Christmas Stocking:
We will be having Xmas stocking this year as our main raffle.
1st Prize - Xmas Stocking
2nd Prize - Xmas Basket
3rd Prize - Xmas Hamper
We are asking EVERY family to donate $5.
Every family will be asked to take 1 book of raffle tickets. There will be 10 in each book if you sell 9 you may then have the last ticket.
We are asking everybody to support this fundraiser. Please see Wendy, Tara or Irene to give your $5 and get your name marked off.

We will be having our kids clothes party in the club room on the 28th September starting at 10am. Sizes are from 0 - 12, you but and take them on the day. Please support this fundraiser.

State Open 10 -11th August
Congratulations to Leanne Kidd and Michael Neall who both swam pb's in there 400 freestyle at this carnival.
Wollongong Carnival 25.8.02
We had 8 swimmers attend the Wollongong carnival with 5 medals won on the day.
These were: Brielle Baker - 3 Bronze
Eliza Vesey - 1 Bronze
Tara Dyer - 1 Silver
14 pb's were swum on the day with Amanda Neall 2pb's, Tara Dyer 2pb's, Wade Dyer 4pb's, Michael Neall 2 pb's, Brendan Neall 2pb's, John Neall 2pb's.
Well done to all swimmers who attended this carnival.
State Age 14 - 15th September
8 swimmers have qualified for this carnival at SAC. They are Eliza Vesey, Cameron Bridge, Ben Carrick, Samantha Bates, Ryan Hanson, Teagan, Leisha and Briarna Southwell. Congratulations and good luck to all of you.
Ellen Wooton also qualified but is not swimming.

Clothing
I will be ordering new club T Shirts in the next couple of weeks. If you need one please let me know your child's size so I know how many to order.
New club racing costumes are available. Girls $65 and Boys $40. I also have some old racers which could be used for training - girls $25 and boys - $20. Please see me if you need any costumes.

Mexican
I have booked the El Comida Mexican restaurants at Dapto for a night out on the 21st of September. If you are interested in coming please see Tina or phone me on 42611851

Training Costumes
Irene Kidd has costumes for sale. They are very cheap. The club will make 10% on every pair of costumes sold. There are various styles and sizes. So please see Irene if you would like any.

Winter PointScore

Congratulations to Teagan Southwell who won a bronze medal at State Athletics in the 1500m and to Leisha who also ran really well.

Summer PointScore
Summer pointsore is fast approaching, our registration and BBQ night will be on the 18th of October. We will start our summer PointScore on the 25th of October.
This year our fees will be
$40.00 swimmers
$17.00 NON swimmers
We will be needing a chief time keeper for our Summer pointscore

Congratulations to Jamie Robins who is this months swimmer of the month keep up the great work.

Learn to swim
Our Swimming clubs Saturday morning free learn to swim will commence on Saturday 9th November with Advanced at 8 am and Learn to Swim at 8:30am. So if you know anyone who may be interested please let them know.
Some of the best things to say if you are caught sleeping at work:
