The Car Accident

part 1

As the stillness of the afternoon air is broken up
by the unpleasant meeting of one car hitting into the back of another.
I shake my head, check my senses and determine I'm okay,
but I'm not so sure about my car.
As I look in the rear view mirror I see a lady wearing
a wide brimmed hat and dark glasses, looking perplexed
at finding my car implanted in front of her view,
as if it was invisible before.
Grudgingly getting out, my eyes not really wanting to focus,
on what I may see, but my legs still carry me, to the back
of the car to face the truth
I hear another car door open and her footsteps towards me
too.

<Ron J> Look at that damage to my back lights and car!
I say to myself as I look up awaiting the driver of
the other car to come over

<Anna> I can't believe I just hit that guy, but my
car looks okay, no damage that I can see. That's good!

<Ron J> well the lady is still facing her car, looking
at what happened to her car, but mine looks a mess
that's going to be expensive to replace, I say to
myself waiting for her to turn around.

<Anna> I walk over to the other car, hoping there is
no damage to that car either....

<Ron J> the lady approaches and looks at the car. Her
voice seems familiar but with the large hat and
sunglasses, I may be wrong.

<Anna> I get to the car, and look at the back, where I
had 'bumped' it.....and say..."well, looks like you
don't have damage either"....

<Ron J> Look lady , there is considerable damage to my
light and back end here. Look, you can see the car
paint is your car.

<Anna> It can't be from my car. That was there
before...there is no damage to my car so how could I
have done that to yours???

<Ron J> Well look at the paint color... it is
definitely from your car. Now suppose I call the
police now on my cell phone here... so get your
insurance and stuff ready.

<Anna> There are a lot of cars the same color as
mine....that blue paint could have been from someone
else's car and your trying to make it be my fault!

<Ron J> Not that ugly color of blue there isn't! Now
look close before I get upset. Now I'll just go get my
cell phone and you have a better look.

<Anna> "All right...all right!" Now I get a better look at
this guy and I know I recognize him as a neighbor from
down my street....

<Anna> There's no need to call the police for this
minor little problem, now is there?

<Ron J> We are suppose to report the accident so your
insurance will cover it .

<Anna> I think we can handle this without the police
or the insurance company, don't you?

<Ron J> Okay, I'm willing to listen, but wait a
minute... don't you live up the street from me .......

<Anna> Looking away from him.

<Ron J> Ah! Ahhh it's Anna! that is your name isn't
it? I didn't recognize you with the hat and glasses.

<Anna> I was hoping you didn't recognize me...and I
know you are Ron, the guy with the big dog you are
always taking for walks.

<Ron J> Yup that's me ! Okay Anna, I'm still upset...
neighbor or not, at the damage you did and the
irresponsible way you have tried to handle it so far.
So what do you propose I should do about my car?

<Anna> Please don't call the police. You see, I don't
have any insurance right now. I am not even supposed
to be driving till I get it reinstated. The company
terminated my policy because of an accident I had a
while back, they raised the rate so high I could not
pay it..so they canceled the policy. You see,
that's why I can't have the police called in. I will
be in more trouble for not having insurance and
driving the car. So please...please....don't call.
I'm sure we can work something out. Perhaps I could
pay you a little each month...or every few months.

<Ron J> Well Anna, I won't call the police just yet.
But if you couldn't pay the extra insurance cost, I
don't think you will pay me either . You are the type
of woman who needs a little more of a reminder of the
problem you caused here today. I think just paying it
off even if you do ,won't stop you from doing it
again.

<Anna> Oh, but it will...it really will...I can pay
you back really soon if I get another job.
That's what I will do!

<Ron J> What end, I had in mind was a little more
equivalent to the rear end of my car needing touching
up.

<Anna> What do you mean?

<Ron J> I think the only thing that will insure you
do pay me and accept the responsibility for your
actions is a good hard bare bottom spanking young
lady!

<Anna> A spanking? You've got to be kidding.....

<Ron J> Yes, a spanking, of course if you do prefer
the police rather than a more personal method of
correction just between us, then tell me now and I'll
get the phone. It's your choice Anna .

<Anna> If you want a more personal method, I've got an
idea...why don't you let me walk your dog for
you......then you could be doing other things..I think
that's a very good idea...yes I do...

<Ron J> My dog is rather particular who he walks with
, but that would not get to the bottom of your
problem, but the dog could stay in with us while I
spank you if you like, then you'd would get to know him
better.

<Anna> You think you are so funny, don't you? Well,
my only problem is that I wish I didn't even leave the
house today..t.hen this would not have happened at
all. I think you are really serious about a
spanking, aren't you?

<Ron J> Yes I am Anna, I feel very upset with having
to pay for the damages myself now, and you can't take
your time to pay me. The whole thing is as a result of
your other irresponsible actions and why you lost your
insurance. Someone has to take the responsibility of
convincing you the right way of doing things. So you
just met someone who is willing to do that. But the
only thing in your case I can see that would get your
attention... since nothing else has... is a good old
fashioned bare bottom spanking.

<Anna> So you think that by spanking me, I will be a
more responsible person....and that I will even
consider allowing you to do that to me? I think
perhaps you are wrong...very wrong....I do not need a
spanking..I need cold, hard , cash, to be able to make
all my payments on time so that if something like this
would ever happen again, I will be prepared, and not
have to plead with people not to call the police and
let it be discovered that I don't have insurance..

<Ron J> Anna I know you want to feel sorry for
yourself as you can't pay the money and blame the
situation, but just the fact you are driving the car now tells
me you would do it again and again as long as you got
away with it. So I'm going to put a stop to it in case
you hit someone with your car on our street and get
into more serious trouble by offering to correct it
now personally, or via the police for your own good.
So Anna, you know where I live so lets not delay this
and get this over with... one way or the other.

<Anna> So, Ron, you are saying that if you spank me,
that will stop me from driving my car to get to where
I need to be? I can't see how you could even think
that...and I don't know why you even really care if I
drive the car or what I do!

<Ron J> Well ,for the first couple of days after your
spanking you won't want to sit anywhere... including
driving your car. After that I would report to the
police you were driving... for the sake of other kids
playing in the area of our streets not to hurt you.
So if you started driving again another spanking would
be in order if I saw you. So yes, it would be a
definite deterrent. And yes, I do care about all the
people who live here in our neighborhood, including
you Anna.

<Anna> I really doubt that I would not want to sit
after a spanking from you.......and what difference
does it make if I have insurance or not....as far as
my driving skills go? I am a good driver and I would
never be reckless near the children..I always watch
out for them.....

<Ron J> Anna driving without insurance is being
reckless and even if you are being careful and a true
accident happens, you can never pay for the damage you
caused, so you and that family will suffer.

<Ron J> so you are still being irresponsible and I
have given you one last chance to "end" this
foolishness .
So you heard my offer.. it is just about to close, as
maybe your aren't the person I thought you were.. that
is worth my help.

<Anna> But I still don't understand why you think a
spanking is going to help me in this matter. What good will it do me?

<Ron J> Do you want to be spanked? A simple yes or no will do Anna... don't
stall.

<Anna> No, I really don't want to be spanked, but I
don't want you to call the police either...so it looks
like my hands are tied ...not much of a choice are you
leaving me. I still don't see what good it will do.

<Ron J> The incentive is if you don't want a spanking
you won't drive. So, the one your about to get, will
remind you, that you do not want another one.

<Anna> well..well..well... I guess I maybe see your point but........

<Ron J> Anna the time has come to decide! Now lets
get this over with if you really do want to meet my
dog.

<Anna> Well....where will you do it? Out here......or where?

<Ron J> Anna if I do it here by the roadside there is
a chance some other car may come along . none so far
but who knows. If we go into the woods well those mosquito's
do tend to go for exposed flesh and I'm not sure
whether seeing red bothers them or attracts them...
or just a thought... we could do it at my place but
there I do have access to a few thing that could
assist in a spanking... so I'll be nice and let you
choose.

<Anna> I don't want cars going by to see
anything...what if they stopped...or worse. What if the
police drove by.....and I don't like bugs...especially
mosquitoes...so once again Ron, it looks like your not
leaving me with too many choices here, now are you? I
guess I will have to meet you at your place later.
What do you mean when you say you have a few
things to assist in a spanking???

<Ron J> well firstly there are some nice bugs too
especially ladybugs! But if you choose to back to my
place I will spank you with my hand... but if you give
me trouble I have an old barber's razor from my Dad's
old friend who was a barber... and he cut it
down...mmmm............... lets say for some more at
home barbering!

<Ron J> a certain lathering on something other than facial
cheeks got its attention.

<Anna> That would hurt, I suspect....very much!...why
would I give you trouble.....don't worry....I won't
because I suspect you really would use that barber's
razor thing on me!

<Ron J> Now how do I know your going to come back to
my place? If I leave the scene of the accident here
your scot-free!

<Anna> But all I will do is drive home and put the car
in garage, and then I will come down to your
house...even if I didn't come there.....I know you
know where I live..and I don't think I would want you
to have to come for me....so I really will be over to
your place.

<Ron J> You have till 7 PM before I come to your
house... so get prepared and don't try anything funny
like 3 pairs of panties or a thick skirt ,it will be
a bare bottom spanking so don't expect to trick me
otherwise!

<Anna> Why does it have to be bare bottomed? I don't
think I like that at all!

<Ron J> A spanking is suppose to hurt... and it will
serve as a nice warning as I prepare you for you
spanking to feel the repentance of having to get over
my knee and have your skirt raised and your panties
lowered for a spanking. Even before the first spank
you will feel very repentant and pleading I'm sure ,
but I'll wait and see.

<Anna> But why do you want to hurt me? I didn't hurt
you, only your car.

<Ron J> Well Anna I don't want to hurt you, but the
pain in your ego and your bottom will remind you of
what you want to avoid in the future, so it is really
for your own good . And don't wear anything too tight
I don't want to waste all my strength trying to pry
them off you. Do you have anything proper you can
wear?

<Anna> I suppose anything will do seeing I won't be
keeping it on anyway! I'm not real happy about all this, I just want
you to know that. Okay, I am leaving here now. It's already
almost 6:00 and if I have to be there by 7, I must get
moving...now.

<Ron J> okay but remember what I said if I don't see
you on time I'll head your way with the strap for sure
in a bag with me.

<Anna> I'll be there. Goodbye then.
