Jeremiah Smith

Realizing that this man may be related to the alien conspiracy, especailly since the Alien Bounty Hunter(ABH) is after him, Mulder follows Jeremiah to a facility that houses large numbers of bees. These bees are transmitting the samllpox virus that is in the pollen they are carrying. Mulder also discovers clones of his sister, although she is still a child, as well as clones of an unknown boy. Jeremiah explains that these clone children are drones that work to take care of the bees.

The ABH comes after Jeremiah while he and Mulder are still at the bee place. Jeremiah explains that he and the children are immune to the bees but Mulder (as well as other humans) would not be.

Jeremiah Smith's ability to heal and shapeshift comes from the fact that he is of the same race as the alien bounty hunter; he is a Colonist. Although Jeremiah is captured by the Syndicate he later escapes and returns in season 8.

In season 8, Jeremiah Smith again uses his healing ability to help returned abductees that would have either died or turned into human-alien replacements(or super soldiers). When Mulder is returned, Scully rushes to find Jeremiah to heal him, but the aliens have captured him. His fate is unknown, but it is possible he was killed by the aliens as punishment for helping the humans.
