PADMANABHAN PADAPPYIL


Padmanabhan from Kannur, was a "brother figure"  to many at Priya
and was affectionately called Pappettan.

Acknowledged by many as the most sensible and mature characters
of the lodge, he did have his moments of goofiness - earning the
nickname "Olappan". Initially ridiculed for his fatherly affection, his
"sons" ( Pappaa and Peeyoo ) sought from him,but now they've grown
up, they don't seem to want his guidance anymore.

An avid sports enthusiast of Priya, Pappettan excelled in badminton
and carroms. In addition, he was eagerly sought for his services as a
negotiator in crisis situations - one of which sealed the fate of one
Ms.Anju Mary.

All said n' done, Padmanabhan was another of those solid pillars of
Priya (how many so far?) - Deffinitta Pappetta.
