Friday, January 31st
Luke Beckman is a filthy slut whore!
26:15 Gosh, today was a great day. I got into three snowball fights, got to play a new card game (Euchre) and went to the jazz concert with Ann, which was, as she would say, "Really great".
Wednesday, January 29th
Had a dream about The (current) Boy today. For some reason, he was in my Econometrics class. I still seem to recall that it was a good dream, despite its inaccuracy.
Tuesday, January 28th
23:43 Just got back from watching Sweet Home Alabama with the Thetas. In response to all the southern accents in the movie, my British one has come back. Alas.
Sunday, January 26th
25:34 Trivia over. If I had had a few more moments, we could have gotten third. Curses. Ah well... Also, it's a little weird to be using my mouse now, because the computer I was using for trivia had a roller-thingy in the middle, and now I'm sort of used to that and for some reason expect to have one on my mouse. Ah well, will adjust in a day or two.
As for the rest, confusion is resolved. Not as happily as it could be, but ah well. Most happily given things, I think. And have discovered that my Theta sisters are all evil little machinators, but then I really knew that. And I think they're probably telling me what most other people would say. So oh well. Granted, they were dealing with less information than I was, but I think it would have been similar either way. Now if only I can do what they suggest... Oh, but wait, Sara just told me something else. And I agree with her more than the others. Nyah! So there. I was right, and will just go ahead with what I originally decided. Problem solved.

Monday, January 13th
15:38 Going to the bank, and then to get yummy funfun food and maybe a new movie or two since I have gift cards to use up... then it's off to more fun recruitment (i.e. rush) stuff, and then gobs and gobs of more work! Yay!
Saturday, January 11th
16:45 Lots of fun things to talk about- three new jobs, and recruitment (btw, I updated the Theta webpage too, you should all check it out). But the reason I'm actually writing is because I just saw Kung Pao, one of the most HILARIOUS movies I've ever seen. It's right up there with Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail. Remember the first time you saw that, and you laughed so hard you almost wet your pants? Yeah, it was like that. Go rent it. Now.
Friday, January 3rd
10:18 Technically January. I know. No time yet to fix things. Monday when I get back to school may be a little hectic as I have to do a bunch of different things for Theta (go to the bank with Julia, print bills for everyone, do the monthly report for December (and January if that came too) and talk to tech support at school about the room computer), but the stuff about China should all be up within a few days of that. By Friday I'm sure.
Anyway, I'm in NM visiting my grandmother. It's nice, very warm here and the food is great. Haven't seen many sites, but taken a lot of naps and eaten a lot. Last night we played Taboo at my grandmother's friend's house. That was fun, though they only lasted two rounds before they declared it was "getting late" (10:30, whatever). Also showed them my pictures from China and my dress (which I was forced to put on by my dad, the controlling jerk). Oh, and I saw Michelle from LU yesterday too, that was lots of fun. We went wandering around this one shopping street near UNM and tried on funny things and then went to her house and watched Pi, and then she came to dinner with us. I really enjoyed it. All told, I'm having lots of fun here.
