Along the way I experienced heartache and pain.
But, I knew each day brought me closer to you.
From each broken heart I had, I learned something
to help me for the time when I found you. Each
step I took I grew and gained the knowledge I
needed for our love to grow and flourish. For,
through all the heartaches, trials, and pain I
became the person I am today. Ready to accept
the love you have to offer.

By going through this growth period in life it
brought me to you and yours brought you to me.
For, I found you and you found me. A destiny that
was meant to be. In finding you I knew that
you were in search of me also. That the pains
and broken hearts you experienced made you
the person I had waited for.

Now, that we have found our love with all the
pain behind us we can enjoy our love to
the fullest and truly appreciate one another.
The laughter we share is genuine for in true
love there is no pretenses. The long talks
we have are filled with the knowledge from
the past. We can truly listen to the other
with an open heart. We share alot in common
and the mistakes we made in the past were
made so that our future together will be
enhanced. There will be no taking the other
for granted. For, we know the pain of being
taken for granted.

The love we share is a love that shines
brighter than the stars above guiding us
along our journey for what the future may
hold. We gained the knowledge that the
time we spend together is to be cherished
and no dollar sign can be put on that.
It's the little things we do that makes
our days brighter. The pain of the past
gone and only a distant memory. Only to
serve our needs in order to grow today.

For our love is stronger today then
yesterday and tomorrow and all the
tomorrows to come. We will cherish
each other and revel in the love we
share for there is not a love that
shines brighter.
