Postions of the Pirate Republic

These positions include the current ship/stronghold positions in The Pirate Republic. Captains
of ships and strongholds are allowed to "make-up" subdivisional position titles, but lets not go
too overboard. The historical positions can also be substituted on board a current unit.
Remember not to just stick people in positions (unless they say just stick me somewhere)
ask them what positions they would like to be. If the position is already filled, then give them
other posibilities. Remember the 1st Rule of the Pirate Republic - Have Fun!
