Most things
really seemed to go the
WB's way this season. Monday took off, Tuesday hit numerous highs,
Fridays
were lead by "Reba" and "Charmed" actually increased in viewers after
it
moved to Sundays. Who'da thunk it? "Jamie Kennedy" also hit a grove in
the spring.
The Bad
Outside of
"Reba," the comedy pickings
were pretty slim. The net ended the season with the deaths of 6 of its
sitcoms, keeping only 3. "Birds Of Prey" had a fantastic flamout on
Wednesday,
while aging "Dawsons Creek" earned its cancellation stripes.
Next Season
The key to next
season is to kick
start Wednesdays and Thursdays. Should the net get those nights up and
running, it could be averaging 5-6mil viewers at this point next season.
