More about Leo:
Leo is a Whitelighter, a Guardian Angel for good witches. His task is to advise witches and heal their injuries, ailments. However he is unable to heal the dead.
Appearing in season 1 as the Halliwells' handyman, he had Piper and Phoebe fighting for his attention. Piper won and they started their forbidden romance. This went on for 1 season before they finally got married in season 3, needless to say, after much difficulty.
