General Info:

When I did my AP Studio Art Portfolio, I was sort of forced to do realism. Anime style was not going to cut it. Through this process, I managed to study how to do oil portraits, which I am very fond of till this day. My preference at first was strictly classical style portraits, with incredible realism involved. My brush strokes were all blended in as neatly as possible. But as I progess, I found that loose brush strokes mixed with a tightly brushed face gave the painting more life. So now I do a classic and impressionist mix in my portraits. My influences would have to be D'Vinci and Rembrandt. I know I have a lot to learn, but I hope these paintings show my ability to not just be able to do anime style, but a more wide range of styles of art.
