General Info:
It's always nice to do things other than 2D art so I also do stuff with clay. The Sakura figurine was done when I was a sophmore in High School. It's probably my more successful works even to date with clay. When I took AP Studio Art as a senior, I also did stuff with clay. I built a series of clay gymnasts to show movement and elegence. Actually, the gymnast figurines are modeled after 2000 Olympic Chinese Gymnast Yang Yun. It's from her floor excercise. I think clay is a strong point for me, maybe even stronger than my drawing/painting ability. I guess you'll have to decide. I hope you enjoy this work. |
