Buttercupbunnie now attends diverse the wonderfully Boston College (hey, we're not called the "abercrombie and fitch school" for nothing) and can be usually found in the newly designated "Kostka section" of Conte Forum during the hockey season (section G or H or something). She still loooooooves her college hockey, and thankfully she's made good friends with people who feel the same...with CARS! Living in Boston, not is she able to enjoy the fruits of the fantabulous BC hockey program, but also that of Harvard (go support your best athletic team smarties!), Northeastern (5-year-college...oh...sorry, and...BU. Although BU is not so much of the enjoying as the being massively harrassed. And because the Northeast is about half the size of Texas, she is able to frequent many a BC road game in such places as Providence, Amherst, Lowell, New Hampshire, and eventually, one day, she'll make it to Maine. Hopefully before the littlest Kariya graduates.

She is going to end up being an English/History double major at BC basically because math is hard and reading is fun! She strongly desires to write a thesis involving war literature and military history because it sounds like a lot of work and she's the biggest nerd ever. Her favorite authors include Vladimir Nabokov and JD Salinger, and she's recently been on this Jane Austen kick, and looks forward to taking a class on Austen in the fall. She's very concerned about female inequality and has become quite aware of the social difference between males and females. Don't mess with Buttercup, she is, after all, the toughest fighter.

Upon graduating college, she would like to go to graduate school for writing and/or journalism at Columbia, although barring a financially beneficial marriage to the local millionaire, it seems improbable.

Buttercup's favorite band is Guns N Roses, but, as you know, they have long since disbanded. Silly Axl and his insanity. She also loves Bon Jovi, The Doors as well as Liz Phair and Poe. Her favorite movie is Amadeus but she also adores Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone because her boyfriend is in it (he just doesn't know it yet), The Sweetest Thing and all the classic movies like Clueless, Dead Poet's Society, Swing Kids.

Buttercup is sarcastic and funny, also slightly mental and certified "nuts" by three different Bens.
