9:00 am |
Begin your tour at the
Hogsmeade
Owl Post Service Outpost, where you can send real or virtual postcards
to your friends and retrieve this week's House password. But don't be surprised
if you don't receive any mail from the Dursleys. |
9:30 am |
Take a walk through the gardens
of
Elf Village to catch a glimpse
of Dobby or of fellow elves hidden in the bushes. Then let the kids go
for a spin in the Flying Cars. |
10:15 am |
Make a pitstop at the Harry
Potter Photo Boards to take a snapshot of Harry and friends in the
Flying Ford Anglia, or perhaps of Dobby and his fellow house elves. |
10:30 am |
Visit The
Burrow*, home of the congenial Weasley family. |
11:15 am |
Get a small late-morning snack at
Ice
Cream Igloo or Pickles, Popcorn,
& Pretzels. Then play a round of Remote
Control Quidditch* with your friends, much as Harry plays a modified
version of Quidditch with the Weasley's near the Burrow. |
12:00 pm |
Make your way towards Diagon Alley,
but make a wrong turn and end up on disreputable Knockturn Alley. You end
up in
Borgin and Burkes*,
where you catch a glimpse of gruesome artifacts such as the Hand of Glory. |
12:30 pm |
Find your way safely back to Diagon
Alley, where you'll make several stops. Begin at Gambol
& Japes Wizarding Joke Shop, where you might just run into Fred
and George. Then head to Flourish
& Blotts* to pick up some books. And don't forget to purchase some
of Professor Lockhart's autographed "Magical Me" shampoo at Gilderoy
Lockhart's Beauty Salon. |
1:15 pm |
Have lunch at the Leaky
Cauldron, or at Gothic Gyros
if you're feeling experimental. |
2:00 pm |
Make an "unscheduled" stop at the
Whomping
Willow* on your way to Hogwarts, but don't tarry too long. That tree
can do quite a bit of damage if you get too close! |
2:30 pm |
Attend Herbology
class, where Professor Sprout may be teaching about mandrake and other
healing plants. She'll undoubtedly have you busy repotting something. |
3:30 pm |
Visit the Hogwarts
Trophy
Room* to see how the trophies shine, thanks to Ron. |
3:45 pm |
Get away from the hustle and bustle
of crowded Hogwarts classrooms by heading to Moaning
Myrtle's. Here, you can discuss that erie voice Harry keeps hearing
without fear of Colin Creevey, Draco Malfoy, or Peeves sneaking up on you. |
4:30 pm |
Then get started on this year's
Quidditch season at Quidditch 3D
Experience*, but watch out for rogue bludgers. |
5:30 pm |
Acquire a cauldron of Polyjuice
Potion in the Great Hall, and
down it quickly. Then, disguised as Slytherins, sneak in to the Slytherin
Common Room* on the heals of Malfoy or some other "friendly"
Slytherin host. Or you might try staking out the Slytherin
House Store* instead. |
6:00 pm |
Pick up your own copy of T. Riddle's
Very Secret Diary in the Library.
Then head back to your House Common
Room before you end up petrified like Hermione. |
7:00 pm |
Attend the Deathday
Party* in the dungeons, at the same time in the evening as Harry did,
albeit a little later in the "year." You'll have pre-registered and paid
your party fees in advance, of course. |
8:00 pm |
Sneak out to the Forbidden Forest,
where you'll stumble into
Aragog's Lair*
and be taken for a ride in a giant eight-legged creature's claws. |
9:00 pm |
Return to Hogwarts, and descend
into the Chamber of Secrets* via
Moaning
Myrtle's Tunnel near the first floor bathrooms to solve the mystery
of the basilisk and save Ginny from the Heir of Slytherin. |
10:00 pm |
The Riddle has been solved, Ginny
has been saved, and the school year is over. It's time to return
on the Hogwarts Express from
Hogwarts
Depot to Muggle Land. |
