Schedule for Percentage of Tuition Refunded to Student
a. A student who withdraws or is terminated during the first four weeks of the course is entitled to a refund amounting to 75% of the tuition cost.
b. A student who withdraws or is terminated during the second four weeks of the course is entitled to a refund amounting to 50% of the tuition cost.
c. A student who withdraws or is terminated during the third four weeks of the course is entitled to a refund amounting to 25% of the tuition cost.
d. A student who withdraws or is terminated after completing the third four weeks (week twelve of fifteen) is not entitled to a refund.
e. Expenses incurred by students for equipment, supplies and enrollment fee are not a part of the tuition and are non-refundable. Any outstanding charge for items, such as additional equipment ordered by the student or cost incurred during their time at the school, will be subtracted from the tuition refund if not paid for at the time of withdrawal or termination.
f. Withdrawal refunds are calculated from the first day of attended class to the notification in writing of the last day of class or withdrawal time.
g. If the student improperly withdraws or is terminated, additional charges may result and deducted from the balance of the refund (see the student enrollment contract for details).
Student Complaint Resolution
If a student has any reason for dissatisfaction with any aspect of the Virginia School of Pet Grooming, he is encouraged to set up an appointment with the school's Director. A sincere effort will be made to resolve any and all problems during this meeting. If, after meeting with the Director, the student feels the problem has not been resolved, he is then encouraged to take his complaint to the following:
