Special:
Halflings are not fools. They know where they stand when in comparison to some of the taller, more lethal races. They are not cowardly, rather smart. This is why they choose to slowly sneak up onto their enemies and try to take them out with one single attack, and or inflict enough damage onto the figure to prevent retaliation. This is why the Halfling's ability is "Sneak Attack". Sneak Attack works in an odd manner, so I will try my best to explain it with the utmost simplicity. I shall also break it into seperate parts for easier understanding.

For each 5 in Base Skill, the Halfling obtains 1 point in face Skill. For every 1 point in Face Skill the Halfling can travel that many feet undetected. This increase by +1 for every 5 points of speed. Meaning, if you have 10 in Speed, then you will add +2 to the feet distance that the Halfling can travel undetected.

The actuall attacking through the skill is a little bit easier to understand. When the Halfling uses his skill, which he may use only once per five rounds of combat, the defender must make a perception roll, where as the Perception is pinned against the Halflings Sneak Attack skill. If the roll is failed then the Halfling moves undetected and can choose to strike if the roll was made in success then the oponent knows of the Halflings presence and may carry out normal combat rolls. With the actual attack comes another Perception vs Sneak Attack roll, if this is failed then the Halfling deals the full blunt of his damage to his oponent and then becomes visable.
Sneak Attack : 0/0

Character Note: Half Elf, half human? or maybe Half Midget? The exact science of the race doesn't really matter. Halflings stand the same size as Dwarves, taller then Gnomes, but just as little. Keep your distance from all out combatatants as a Halfling unless you're quite skilled in the way you work your bow and magic.
