Having already ventured to the spirit world, Spectres have the ability to make them selves appear invisable to the naked eye. The Special Trait for Spectres is going invisable, and YES, they can attack while invisable. For every 5 points in "Cloaking" the Spectre may go invisable 1 round and make 1 attack. This ability may only be used once every 3 turns.
When a Spectre attacks when using Cloaking the difficulty is determined by the end result of his stats. The oponent must roll his Perception die to determine if he can see the attack, if he beats the Spectre's Cloaking Abilities, then he or she may dodge, other wise it's a hit.
