The Mayor of Marvin
Avenue has recognized that December 31, 2002 is the last day of
2002. In order to start a new year, the Mayor of Marvin
Avenue has proclaimed January 1, 2003 as New Years Day.
The Mayor will officially
bring in the New Year on New Years Eve by starting his Big Red
Truck remotely from the kitchen window at midnight.
