RiptideRIPTIDE
Extreme Champion
Dec. 7, 2005 - Feb. 15, 2006

Jack Jones spent the month after his Extreme title win collecting victories over some of the PWF's finest, even defeating former Extreme Champions Riptide and Matt Hardy in a Triple Threat match. However, when Nuclear Frost came around, it was completely unknown who his seven opponents would be, or even what sort of match the title would be contested in due to the unpredictability of the Lethal Lottery.

The world all learned together that it would be a First Blood match, and among the competitors in the bout were the No. 1 contender to the Federation Championship, Mike Sanders, the on-the-rise D-Von Dudley, and the first-ever Extreme Champion Riptide, himself. Sanders -- either feeling the match was beneath him, or, more than likely, looking to protect his title shot from an injury -- walked out. The Hammer, though, was under heavy fire from his other challengers, and it was Riptide who drew first blood on an opponent, sending the Extreme title back home to Team R.
