Have you ever been involved in putting together an auction and/or have had to ask for donations? If so, I need your help!!!

I have agreed to chair the Silent Auction for the upcoming district conference on May 20th at the Shrine Auditorium. This is my first time at doing something like this so I am asking for help from you and your members.

I am looking for:
* People to help me put this together and make some calls
* Contact names and addresses (for donations)

If you can help, please let me know and I will send you the letter and the suggested verbiage when calling.
