GALLERY OF STAMPING STYLES, 2010

The January 2010 stamps featured the Dave Anderson stamp with the BTO logo in blue on the front. The back stamps had the URL in orange in the top margin, and "LET IT RIDE" in red in the bottom margin.

The "Tombstone" stamp in red was used on the front for the very first time in February 2010. Also for the very first time, a new stamp that I had specially made was used on the back, in purple. The back margin had "BEAM ME UP SCOTTY!" in blue.

The "Tombstone" stamp was continued for March 2010, but this time in blue. On the back the "aftermarket" classic three liner appeared in red, along with a back margin message of "HAVE YOU SEEN JUNIOR'S GRADES?" in purple.

As is usually our practice, we honored the Canadian rock band April Wine with our front stamp for April 2010. They were being inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame that month! The back margin message features a famous quote from one of their best-known songs. The red "Tombstone" stamp is also being used on the back

For May 2010, we honored the Canadian rock group Bachman-Turner Overdrive, as that their first album was released on May 1, 1973. The Dave Anderson with the BTO gear logo appeared on the front. On the back, we paid homage to their song "LET IT RIDE" with that song title being used for the back margin message. The other back margin message features "CURRENCY TRACKING PROJECT" in orange. In the center, I used a blue stamp with a custom message.

For June 2010, the Tombstone stamp in blue returned on the front. On the back, we are again used the blue Tombstone stamp, with "JOURNEY TO THE STARS!" "ROCK AND ROLL GUITARS!" in red for the back margin.

The July 2010 bills sported a new look on the front! In addition to the Dave Anderson "CURRENCY TRACKING PROJECT" stamp in blue, red stamps with the URL are appeared twice in the margins! "CURRENCY TRACKING PROJECT" also appeared on the back margin in blue, along with the custom stamp that debuted in February, though this month it was in black.

The August 2010 bills returned to the Dave Anderson stamp in red for the front. The back had a custom stamp in black, with "LIVE LONG AND PROSPER" in red for the back margin.

I decided to try something a little different for September 2010. The blue "Tombstone" stamp returned on the front, but this time it was augmented by the red URL in the side margin. On the back the Stamp Connection three liner was in red, with the back margin message "JOURNEY TO THE STARS! ROCK AND ROLL GUITARS!" in green.

The front of the October 2010 bills brought back the customized Dave Anderson with the April Wine logo in red. On the back though was another interesting layout. The top back margin had "PLEASE REPORT SIGHTINGS" in black. The bottom back margin had "HELP ME, SPOCK!" in red. Additionally, the "ring" stamp in red was over the "O" in "ONE", and the blue tombstone was over the "E" in "ONE". Forty of these were distributed in Portland, Oregon this month.

For November 2010, the Dave Anderson with the "PLEASE REPORT SIGHTINGS" returned. On the back one of my customized stamps returned in purple, along with the top margin message of "CURRENCY TRACKING PROJECT" on the top in green and "HAVE YOU SEEN JUNIOR'S GRADES?" in red.

December 2010 saw the return of the Dave Anderson stamp with the BTO logo in red for the second time this year. The back had the three liner in red, with "HELP ME, SPOCK!" in purple in the back margin.
