The Basic Lowdown...
- "SHEKONE" is pronounced:
"Sheek" (that's me) "One" (1- as in, the original).
- 34 years old.
- Married, 2 kids.
- Spirit-filled Christian.
- Served 8 years of honorable service to the U.S. Army.
- Paints, reads, draws, skates,
skydives, snowboards, bodyboards,and works entirely too much.
SHEKONE WOULD LIKE TO SAY...
First off, props to San Diego, and to all those there and elsewhere who call themselves my family and friends. I love you all !!!
Now, let me begin to share some of my thoughts...
To those that believe there is no God--Please open your eyes and look around! You are not some cosmic accident! Not only is there a God; but He is incredibly GOOD and He loves YOU! If you doubt any of this, CLICK HERE to learn more. He wants to know and bless you, won't you come and meet Him?
I feel that I must clear up a few misconceptions about my God---
- Everything that happens on this earth is NOT the will of God !
- God sends NO ONE to hell.
- Jesus was not White, nor was He Black, He was Hebrew.
(and what the heck does it matter anyway?)
God the Father is not white nor black, nor male nor female for that matter. God is a Spirit.
(we just say "He" as a way to relate.-- Saying "It" all the time would be a bit
impersonal, wouldn't it?)
- God did not inspire nor condone:
1. the Crusades
2. Slavery
3. Any other filthy historical event done in His Name.
(anyone who says any different lies, or just wallows in ignorance--
These things are all a result of people taking Christianity and twisting it and
using it for their own purposes.
If you need evidence that people will eventually do this with anything and
everything, look around you and think about history.)
