Little bit of rain, good day.
Well, it was hard to get up this morning, so I didn't! It was after 12 when I got up. Fumihiko was up earlier, he tried to go to the doctor, but couldn't get in. He came home and we decided to take my stuff to the post office. What a rigamarole. I needed to buy a box for my friend's present, so we did that first, then put the presents in, sealed it and then did all of the sending. I had to fill out a lot of forms. However, it's all done and it's in the mail. Yay. I'm happy. I hope I don't have to send any more presents this year.
Fumihiko dropped me off at the mall and went to see the doctor. I hacked around the stores and discovered something interesting. The video store which told us that they couldn't order Season 2 of Friends for me, now had it in stock. Huh? Anyway, I bought it, because I like it and I know I'll enjoy it. I also got some paint at the hundred yen shop for the pinata.
Fumihiko finally met me and we went to the cake shop to order a cake. We found what I thought was the perfect cake, but there was a problem. They didn't start making it until December 14. What the devil? It's the Christmas season, you don't make Christmas Cake until December 14???? I was quite annoyed. Fumihiko persuaded me to go to the main office of the company to see if they'd do somehing for me.
We went there, and of course they wouldn't. I did end up ordering the cake there though. I'm having it delivered at the school on the day of the party.
We had our breakfast then, at almost 4 pm! We went to Jiro. After that, the mall.
We had about 20 minutes before Mr. & Mrs. Smith began, so we got some munchies for me in Jusco, then came back and bought our tickets. Even though we'd seen most of the film on the plane to Singapore, it was fun seeing it on a big screen. I really enjoyed it. Fumihiko had a problem with all of the guns, but I didn't. He feels that they didn't use their guns properly. I don't care.
After the movie we had coffee in the mall; today they had decafe coffee as their drip coffee, then drove to Sakata for dinner (lunch?). It was okay. We drove back via a grocery store and then came home.
We watched ER and I did some work on my computer. Fumihiko vegged out. I think it was nice for a change.
That was our day. It was okay, but we should both try to get more sleep tonight. Gotta go. Night.
