Cool and a bit cloudy. Didn't rain.
A pretty good day. I dragged myself into the shower around 9:30 this morning, then Fumihiko and I went out for breakfast. We had a nice one at Gusto. After that we went to the LeoPalace office to see some of their apartments. The guy drove us to see two places, and they were nearer than I thought. Yay. They were both quite nice. They were nice apartments, semi-furnished, but quite good for my purposes. I'm quite interested in the second one I saw as a place to set up my school.
After looking at the place we came home for a few ticks, then went out again to look at second hand shops. I'm just looking to see if there's any decent low cost furniture around. So far, no. We also hit the Yamaya and I checked out their foreign foods. They have a lot, but they don't have Lea & Perrins Worchester Sauce. What is it? Is it a conspiracy? I'm beginning to think so. I also ran into a former student there and we had a nice chat. I'm hoping that I'll be seeing her again soon!
We were getting a bit hungry so we went to Mosburgers for a snack. I had the bunless burger with a salad. It was really nice. I can't express just how much I like Mosburger in comparison to McDonald. We were deciding what to do after that and just decided to come home and watch a dvd.
We came home and watched Bart Wars, our Simpsons dvd. It was really funny. However, both of us thought the dvds would be more based on Star Wars than they were. The first episode was Star Wars related (Mark Hamill was a guest star) but the others really weren't. Still, they were funny.
Around 7:30 to 8 tonight we went out for dinner. I chose M's Dining because for my first two meals I'd had hamburgers and I didn't want to make it three! We had the same thing, Yawaraka Steak Set and it was very good. The steak was tender, the salad good, and the soup nice, so hey, what's not to like? Yum.
We came home and watched ER. Fumihiko has been watching it with me for a few years now, but he still asks me really dumb questions. He was surprised tonight that Neela is Indian and British. Her parents visited tonight and he wanted to know if the show was supposed to be in Britain. Ummm....no! Chicago, where it's always been.
Anyway, I did have a great evening with my guy. He's watching something about skating while I do my computer stuff.
Tomorrow we'll most likely go and rent the apartment. Then we have to begin the crazy process of setting up the business. Argh! I'm already confused and we haven't done anything yet!
Wish me luck! Night night.
